Background:
Nigel Beach graduated with distinction in the Chef de Cuisine and Hotel Management Program from South Devon Technical College in Devon, England in 1979. Since then, he has worked in various restaurants, private clubs and hotels in Europe and Canada before settling in Sarnia with his wife and two children. Having led the busy life of balancing a family with two working professionals,  Nigel created "Chef Nigel - Personal Chef Service"  to help restore a balance in their everyday lives. "Chef Nigel"  can help you and your family by providing healthy, nutritional, and well-balanced meals.  Additionally, he is continuously aware of new food trends by attending trade shows, seminars and reading trade magazines.  Chef Nigel is a proud Member of the Canadian Personal Chef Alliance.

Chef Nigel Wedding Services

Chef Nigel will custom design your menu for Rehearsal parties, Wedding Breakfast's, showers
or any special occasion for small parties of 30 - 35 people.

His services include full course meals,  tasty hot and cold Hors D'oeuvres,
Chocolate Fountain, desserts and much more!
